How Much Does Wildfire Media Cost?
Each service is priced on its own. Search and AI visibility is $3,850 per month for one market, plus $1,450 per month for each additional market. A custom website starts at $6,800, one-time. The system your team runs on is quoted as one fixed price after we scope it with you. There is a six-month minimum on search, then it moves to month-to-month.
What Is Included in the Monthly Price?
The $3,850 monthly covers SEO, AI visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI, local SEO, and your Google Business Profile, with a monthly report. AEO and GEO are included, never sold as add-ons. The website and your system are separate one-time builds, so you only pay for what you use.
How Much Is the AI Voice Agent?
Quoted on the call rather than listed here, and that is not evasion. What it costs depends on how much the agent has to know: your services, your pricing rules, your service area, and where an urgent call should go. There is a setup fee and an amount added to your monthly, and it is meaningfully cheaper built alongside a website.
Why Is There a Build Fee on Top of the Monthly?
The website is a one-time build, and the monthly is the ongoing search work. Building something properly and handing you ownership of it is different work from running your visibility month to month, so each is priced on its own rather than buried in a longer contract.
What Happens After the Six-Month Minimum?
It becomes month-to-month with thirty days notice. Six months is the point where the work has had time to launch, gather data, and show a real trend, and it is not a lock-in beyond that.
What Do I Own if I Leave?
The website, the content, the rankings that live on it, and your customer data. It is registered in your name from day one rather than transferred at the end, so leaving is a matter of removing our access, not recovering an asset.
How Much Does It Cost to Add a Second Location?
$1,450 per month per additional market, flat. The website is not rebuilt for each one, because only the market-level work is new.
